The hotel is located on Venice Lido, 20 metres from the beach and only a few steps from the Palazzo del Cinema. The Lido water bus stop is on the other side of the island, about 15 minutes' walk away.

Established in 1938, the Rivamare Hotel offers a family-orientated atmosphere in the midst of the peaceful harmony of private gardens and the blue of the sea. In the public areas, wicker, lace, old prints and sepia photographs create a very special ambience. The 28 guestrooms feature parquet flooring, pastel colour schemes and clean-line décor, making them inviting and comfortable. Some of the rooms have a view over the sea or onto the green tennis courts, while others have pleasant small terraces. All are clean and well maintained, as are the en suite guestrooms. A Continental buffet is offered every morning in the spacious and bright breakfast room, which gives to a luxuriant terrace.
